Your booth is not reserved until payment has been received. Booth are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, so don't delay. After payment is received, you'll receive a confirmation email verifying your space.

Once your application has been reviewed, you'll receive a Vendor Welcome Packet by email containing important festival information, setup instructions, directions, vendor guidelines, and a secure link to pay for your booth.

Arrive ready for a fun, organized, and profitable day. Follow the setup instructions, welcome thousands of Datil-loving visitors, and enjoy being part of one of Northeast Florida's fastest-growing festivals. Last year, many vendors sold out before the afternoon—come prepared!

Please complete the form below to apply as a vendor for Datil Fest 2026. Be sure to complete the application in its entirety, provide accurate contact information, clearly describe the products or services you plan to offer, and submit all required forms and supporting documentation.

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Datil Fest team.

Sell Where Good Folks Gather

• Datil Fest Food Truck Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• City of Palatka Medallion Program: All food trucks must be approved through the City of Palatka Medallion Program and maintain all required approvals.

• Food Truck Inspections: Datil Fest will not pay for or conduct food truck inspections. Food Truck vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required inspections, permits, licenses, and approvals.

• Insurance: Food truck vendors must maintain current General or Limited Liability Insurance and provide proof of coverage upon request.

• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Food Truck vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and City of Palatka laws, ordinances, health and safety regulations, permits, licenses, inspections, and operating requirements.

• Food Safety: Food Truck vendors are solely responsible for the safe preparation, handling, storage, cooking, and serving of all food and beverages offered for sale.

• Employees & Representatives: Food Truck vendors are responsible for the actions and conduct of their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives.

• Cleanliness & Waste: Food Truck vendors must maintain a clean and safe operating area and properly handle and dispose of all trash, grease, wastewater, food waste, and other materials.

• Setup & Operations: Food Truck vendors must follow all Datil Fest instructions regarding setup, operation, parking, utilities, and load-out.

• Food Truck Vendor Staffing: Food trucks must remain open and fully staffed during the required event hours. Early closure or breakdown is not permitted without prior approval from Datil Fest management.

• Menu & Food Truck Vendor Approval: Datil Fest management reserves the right to approve or deny applications and to regulate menu offerings and vendor placement based on event needs and requirements.

• Compliance & Removal: Datil Fest management reserves the right to require corrective action or remove a food truck from the event for failure to comply with event policies, applicable laws, health and safety requirements, or management instructions.

• No Guarantee of Acceptance: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or participation. Datil Fest management is under no obligation to accept an application or provide a refund if a vendor is removed for non-compliance.

• Food Truck Vendor Responsibility: The vendor is solely responsible for its business operations and for obtaining and maintaining all required insurance, permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals, and accepts responsibility for claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from its participation in the event.

• Event Standards: Datil Fest management reserves the right to remove anything that does not meet the standards established by the event or that may create a health, safety, legal, or operational concern.

Vendor Policies and Agreement

Food Truck Policies & Agreement

• Datil Fest Vendor Hours: 9am - 5pm

• Booth Placement:

  • A booth map and number will be emailed to you during the week before the event.

• Tent: Maximum size 10x10 (Vendors must provide a clean, 10ft x 10ft tent with leg weights)

• Electricity: no generators allowed, limited outlets available

• Vendor Set Up: 6:00am – 8:45 am on November 14th (no Friday set up).

• Booths must be open and staffed between 9 am – 5 pm.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies (tables, chairs, tents, etc.).

• No early breakdowns: Vendors are expected to remain open until at least 5pm. Show ends at 6 pm.

• Load Out: After 5 pm you can break down and remove your booth by hand truck or cart only, no vehicles until after 7pm.

• You are responsible for any required permits or licenses to sell your goods.

• All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations.
