During the week leading up to Datil Fest, we'll email your booth number, vendor map, parking information, and final event instructions to help make your arrival and setup quick and easy.

3. Secure Your Space

Your booth is not reserved until payment has been received. Booth are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis, so don't delay. After payment is received, you'll receive a confirmation email verifying your space.

2. Your Welcome Packet

Once your application has been reviewed, you'll receive a Vendor Welcome Packet by email containing important festival information, setup instructions, directions, vendor guidelines, and a secure link to pay for your booth.
