Florida's Battle for the Best Datil Chef!

Your Culinary Datil Tasting Experience Ticket gives you access to one of Datil Fest's most popular events! For just $35, you'll receive admission to your selected tasting session, where you'll sample chef-created savory dishes, sweet treats, and Datil-infused beverages as Florida's top culinary talent competes for the title of Florida's Best Datil Chef. Come hungry and experience an abundance of creative Datil-inspired creations—you’ll leave satisfied!

After sampling all the Datil creations, bring your Official Vote Token to the tent with the a ballot boxes for each chef, clearly marked with their name and logo. Simply drop your token into the box of the chef whose creation impressed you the most to cast your vote for Florida's Best Datil Chef!

Choose one of two tasting sessions:

Session One: 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM

Session Two: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

The Florida's Best Datil Chef winner will be announced live during The Sauce Boss performance on the Main Stage. Come hungry, vote wisely, and experience one of Datil Fest's most flavorful traditions!
