2. Vendor Sign Up Application

Tent Info:

· Tent Space: 10’ X 12’

· Tent Max: 10’ X 10’ max size with tent “leg weights” mandatory.

· No generators.

· You are responsible for any required permits or licenses to sell your goods.

· All vendors must comply with health and safety regulations.

Booth Information:

· Booth map location & booth number will be emailed to you the week of the festival.

· Set-up: 6:00 am-8:30 am

· Datil Fest Vendor Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (optional until 8pm)

· Booths must be open and staffed until 5 at least, unless you are given authorization to leave early by Datil Fest Staff, like 2024.

· Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies (tables, chairs, clean tent, etc.).

· Volunteers: We will have some help for you, please find Mayhem Troy, Scott, or Colin (booth #TBD).

· No early breakdowns: Vendors are expected to remain open until at least 5pm. Datil Fest ends at 8pm.

Booth Set-Up/ Load-Out Instructions:

· Vendor Set Up: 6:00am – 8:30 am on November 8th (no Friday set up).

· Just Drop Off: Please unload your booth gear “ONLY” and park so we can expedite everyone set up process.

· Drop Off Area: drop off area is on 2nd Street and St Johns Ave where marked on the attached map.

· Be Patient: please be patient and respectful of everyone’s time, just drop your booth gear off, park, then go to your booth.

· Easy Vendor Parking: The lot is next to Uncork and Unwind on 2nd Street. Please do not park larger trailers or large commercial trucks in the parking lot, taking up multiple spaces. Also, it is a first come, first park policy, so get there early!

· Booth Space: Your booth space will be marked by tape with your booth number on it.

· Check In: Mayhem Troy, Scott, or Colin will come by and check you in, but if you have any questions beforehand, they are located at booth #TBD.

· During the Festival: If have any questions or concerns, please contact us at the VIP booth located next to the St Johns River Center. There will be a Police and Fire presence if needed.

· Load Out: After 5 pm you can breakdown and remove your booth by hand truck or cart only, no vehicles until after 8pm.

Datil Fest isn’t just about bringing awareness to Florida’s hidden gem, the Datil Pepper—it’s about meeting new faces, reconnecting with old friends, enjoying great food, and having an unforgettable time!
